UM Tactical Picatinny Mount

About a year ago I bought a picatinny rail mount from UM Tactical. I just finally got around to getting a red dot sight for it (Burris FF 3). I noticed that when the action is closed on the gun (Sig 320 45acp FS) that the back end of the mount partially cover the ejection part:

I assume this isn't going to be a problem since it does not do this with the action open:
