Ruger PC-9 at 1,502 FPS with a Chronos 1.4

Seems like quite a bit of movement forward of the receiver. Did you follow Ruger's take down adjustment instructions? The bolt bounce is natural, but not sure of the barrel and front end movement.

What kind of accuracy are you getting?

IMO, the adjustment knob (ring) probably needs to be snugged up - page 37 in the manual:

I'm pretty sure the ring shouldn't be moving that much.

Seems like a great little carbine for bicycle cops. Could be carried in a backpack and be with them at all times.

There is at least 1 Internet video out there where the owner loosens the ring as part of the take down, but loosening the ring is not part of the take down process.

I think its cool that you were getting such tight groups without the adjustment knob being tightened. I mean, its not a sniper rifle but punching out 1/2" five-shot groups with all the holes touching at 25 yards would make me happy with it.
