Like getting something other than Junk & Bills in the Mail.
My New Titan Reloading powder measure baffle showed up today just in time to drop it in my auto drums powder measure to load some rounds for a range trip tomorrow! Great company I discovered from this forum!
I don't know if these work better than simpler baffles, but I like mine. Definitely reduces the impact of the hopper emptying. Without the baffle the charge weight dropped would lessen to a noticeable degree as it emptied.
Well I loaded 200 rounds of 9mm & 50 rounds of 40 S&W and I think it helped a good deal as the measure threw dead on until it got well below 1/3 it was just about always dead on with an occasional +/- a tenth but BE 86 & WSF meter good anyway. So far so good!
It is 3D printed according to their website. They make a few other items like that too.
I've been using mine for about 6 months and really like it. I can't swear to any vast improvement but I certainly have consistent powder throws over the course of the day with it and my Auto Drum. I start loading in the morning and I'll often take a break for lunch and finish loading in the afternoon.
I have a few of these Prairie Dog baffles for my Dillon powder measurers, and they seem to work really well. They make them for Lee, Hornady, RCBS, etc. in addition to the Dillon ones.
