Already had one and a 7” as well but since it was on consignment and the owner was motivated to sell, I decided that one more couldn’t hurt. I did add the grips. The ones on it were really beat up Pachs. I think the shop owner pulled a grip swap before he put it out. Could still see the outline from the original target grips. Front sight looks like it’s been filed down a little. Guess I will have to shoot it to see if the insert will have to be changed but that’s no biggie. I’m scared what I’ll run across tomorrow. My gun fund has really taken a beating recently.

Great guns. I have one. I am blessed to own several revolvers from different makers. I believe my 686 8 3/8" is the most accurate.

Yeah but your gun collection has grown exponentially!

Well I did do some trading and selling this weekend, so I got some room. Lol. I would never describe what I have as a collection as much as an accumulation except for my 3” K Frames.I buy some to keep, some to shoot a while and then keep or sell and some I buy just to flip. I really enjoy shopping for guns. I’ve also got several big collectors that I find things for. You really have to keep up with the market. I’ve found it really interesting how certain guns will sell better depending on where you are in the US. Here in SC, the model 15 & model 67 are grossly underrated as well as most .38’s except snubs. Everyone wants a “magnum” of some sort.
It’s a fun hobby and on occasion a few bucks can be made to supplement my reloading.

I would be bitterly envious, but I enjoy your pictures too much- so I will grudgingly congratulate you and wish you good luck! Dare I say, keep 'em coming, lol!:D

Have you bought any lottery tickets lately? You are on quite a winning streak on gun finds.

One good thing about not having a wife!! And a girlfriend of 15 years who could care less about what I spend on guns as long as I don't sell hers.

Then brother you are luckier than I first imagined as you have the best of both worlds!

Got 2 exes that sort of keep the good luck from being way overbalanced!!! I'm pretty fortunate. Got a great girl. She makes great money and don't argue about a thing. She gets mad and I get the silent treatment which I learned over the years is not as bad as people make it sound! LOL>

Yes indeed, sometimes silence can be golden! Enjoy!
