I recently bought this to use for rifle priming. I had been using an old Lyman 310 tool but had to place primers in by hand one at the time. I like everything about this except changing the shell holder. Using my thumb to move that slide down to accept that shell holder is a pain. Very stout spring. Does this spring loosen up with use or is there a better way? Maybe I should just man up and put some tape over my thumb.

I have one as well and you're right, it is a stout spring. I haven't had mine long enough to know if the spring will loosen up but I doubt it. What about taking one of the priming shafts to the hardware store and see if you can find a lighter spring in the same diameter? Another option would be to cut the existing spring down by a coil and see if that help, but you may end up with a spring that is too short.

Guys, other than the spring how do you like it?
I really liked the old round tray Lee hand primers, the square tray one not as much and the current version not as much.
Wish I would have bought a couple spare round tray ones back when.

Been thinking about trying the Frankfort but it is a bit pricey.
Worth the money?
(I like to hand prime so to hand prime or not is not the question)

I haven't used another one so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it is heavy. Seems like it it should last though. I like that is has a nice plastic case that holds the tool, the primer plunger that you aren't using, and all the shell holders. The variable primer seating adjustment doesn't seem like a big deal to me, I seat the primer until I can feel that it's bottomed out. I'm pretty sure the Lee primer trays will fit it so if you wanted to use your old ones and load up a few hundred at a time you could.

The spring that holds the shell holder in place is pretty stiff, but swapping out the shell holder or primer plunger between the small and large is quick. I'm happy with mine.

As Dewey said, I'm happy with mine. Don't really have anything to compare it too either. I would buy it again. I am going to get a harbor freight spring kit and maybe see if that can resolve the stiffness.

Worth the money I like how you can adjust the seating depth just remember to adjust it when you change calibers or you might have some high primers
