A pistol may configured as a rifle (minimum barrel and overall length requirements met), then returned to a pistol configuration as long as during the process it's never in a prohibited configuration. When it's configured as a rifle, vertical foregrips are allowed. If you start with an AR pistol, either factory or home built, with a brace on it, there's no restriction on putting a rifle upper on it...
Surprisingly, I ordered a lower and upper from them around christmas time last year and it got here in about a week.
- their nitride finish is different than the conventional anodized finish an AR-15s.
Are you referring to the nitro-carburising on the barrels and(or)BCG?
Correct. The PSA has a nitride finish on the barrels (slicker, shinier, but more more durable than the matte anodized finish).
