CZ 75 9mm vs .40 compatibility of parts

To what extent do the two models of the CZ 75 (9mm vs .40 variant) share the same parts?

I'm assuming that the barrel, recoil spring, and extractors are different.

I would like to adopt the .40 version without having to stock up on a new set of spring/ parts.

Thanks for the replies. My main concern was more about more about the springs and roll pins.
