Which one, The model 70 or the model 88? They both look nice.

It may be awhile yet, but at some point I will have the task of sorting and disbersing my Dad's very large collection as well. I have no doubt there will be many peices which will bring back fond memories of the time we spent at gunshows and rooting through the backrooms of gun and antique shops, as well as a few he built or restored himself. Many of those guns havent seen the light of day in 20 or 30 years. I hope we get a chance to shoot a few before then (we usually shoot my guns since his are stored behind enemy lines in Illinois).

Glad you have some mementos of your Dad as well. Some really, really nice examples too!

Almost as godly as one chambered in .358 Winchester.

I'm a huge 7mm fan and I actually didn't know they made one in 358 Win.

I'm a little green right now. I had one in 308 win. I've always wanted another one. Iirc the 284 was more rare.

The pre 64 Model 70 in 257 Roberts is a great gun.
