'Weapons & Tactics' magazine

Last night I got an invitation to try a new monthly newsletter called 'Weapons & Tactics' by a guy named James Bartel. The description sounds great, all about mind-set, tactics, even improvised weapons. It's $39 a year, which isn't too bad, but each issue is only 8 pages.

Has anybody seen/heard of/read anything about this? I Googled him and the newsletter and only found one hit, but it was tactically sound .

I'm just not sure if this is worth the money or a waste of my time.

don't waste your time or $

I subscribed to that newsletter for about two years or so. Also got the "special reports" as come ons. The only good thing was that I got a discount on my surefire light. If you get swat or other magazines it is typically a rehash of that. Another good thing was that it was east to read on the treadmill at the gym

If you don't subscribe they may send you a discount card. I think the first 12 issues for me were $12. This is a group out of vegas or somewhere in Nevada right. Hope this helps.
