What might Virginians do if bans occur to store fireams out of the reach of the State?

Precisely!

Advocating moving is casually tossed out by people who seem act like leaving jobs, family, & friends behind is a simple thing. Frankly tucking tail and slinking off to a "safe space" to hide while you wait for the Antis to come for you is the mistake. Instead of spending the money wasted on fleeing you should go all in on supporting your state 2A organization and contributing to campaigns to overturn seats lost to Antis. That's the only respectable thing to do.

I keep asking: where are you going to move once there's nowhere left to move to?

Haven't gotten an answer yet.

I understand what you are saying but if VA gets away with this, it will be tantamount to a domino effect for other states and then eventually, where will you and I run to? Better to at least TRY and stop it here, rather than leaving the state or trying to skirt the laws by storing your LEGALLY possessed firearms in another state.

Agreed. However, I don't club up with others well and am generally distrustful of any and all political movements so for me I'd just take my cash and walk. I own, not rent so instead of putting faith in more big gov candidates whose financial and social standing leaves no common ground between us is I just take every penny I had right out of the state. Take a look at Cali or NY and tell me voting with your feet doesn't alter the playing field quite a bit.

One thing I won't do is stand around with an empty holster thinking it will make a difference.

Precisely!

I don't "casually" toss it around, I put my money where my mouth is. I've made a half dozen interstate moves, kids, wife, vehicles, belongings since about 2000. Money "wasted" on a move is recouped at tax time. It's a write off FYI. Gasoline, the moving truck, hotels, food, etc..Leaving family and friends was a simple thing for me admittedly because when I married I left my mother and father and became family with my wife. I don't need other friends and family. There is an old saying: a friend will help you move but a real friend will help you move a body. I don't need friends to help me move.

Call me cold but my rights are more important than a job or being near my friends and family. I won't be tethered in that way. You ought to consider that when some people decide to take action it aint with an empty holster. If I can avoid a conflict by simple relocation AND stick it in the eye of the gov by pulliing every red cent out the state I will. Judge me how you want dont they all but if it comes down to the bounce boogie and bump you're gonna need people who take decisive action not hide their toys in out of state storage lockers.

There are places to go currently. And when there are few, or none where will I go? Well, y'all will have started the revolution for me, I'm sure.

seceding from Virginia.
Maybe ya'll need a "South Virginia" nowadays...?

I was thinking a west south west Virginia. A place where all antis can go. No firearms for general public, no armed police, politician, or national guard. Let the armed criminals teach them about ultimate gun control.
