What to do with trapped raccoons?

i know a guy that has a business next to some land owned by a collage . racoons are trapped on the campus then driven to the land and let go . these coons then find the dumpster where they then get shot

Who does the shooting? What do they do with the remains, give them to the homeless to eat? Wait a minute... I shouldn't poking fun what homeless people are eating since I was one for a month and a half....

well then,,,, theres no longer any reason for the coons to come back

Because of the possibility of transmitting Rabies, if you catch one in New York and are caught releasing it, there is a $250.00 fine. The Animal Control Board will take it away for $185.00 where I live due to the distance they have to travel. They recommend Shoot it and bury it. So my Have A Heart Trap is just a holding cell for execution.
