My dad always says that they remember things. Shooting was good tonight. Had to warm up a bit first. Then got nice groups. Scotch was also good. Just one. Good practice. Especially trigger control. Tried some copper and lead pellets.

It was a slow day today. Worked a couple work projects and took the rest of the day off. Fixed the driveway from the last rain. It me time. A little Scotch, a saw horse, a box, sharpie, and an Air Rifle. HW97K. Who Elise is enjoying their evening with a little practice?

Do you have a can errr I mean lead dust collector on that rifle? I never found the 97 to be all that loud. Nice gun, nice shooting.

You just may find that if you rest your HW97 on a softer front rest like foam, it will give you even better results. I get groups like yours at 40 yards with mine from a foam rest.

I didnt wander into work till 10 this morning, probably won't get to shoot this evening, but it sure does sound better than sitting here watching algae grow.

I have taken to shooting the back yard when possible. Had our member Daniel Craig over today for some reloading lessons. No shooting tonight. It’s raining.

I have probably shot more since this pandemic then before. Airgun of course vs powder burner but shooting none the less. Between the airguns and dryfire I have don’t quite a bit of shooting. :)

lit helps that I have a very nice fairly long distance indoor shooting range setup that afords me climate control and a solid 18-19 yards (60 feet wall to wall). The downside / upside as well but since I don’t need to worry about wind I don’t get that extra challenge.

Resized_20200719_113705.jpg The whole family went out today. My wife and both my boys. Forest road 70 in Washington. There's a quarry everyone shoots at but we go to a smaller place a few miles further. Shot 6 of our PB's, two muzzelloaders and four of the break barrels pellet rifles.

THE FAMILY THAT SHOOTS TOGETHER STAYS TOGETHER

Tomorrow back to my 40yrd range in our first pasture and a different selection of pellet rifles.
