Gun belts??

I almost forgot about the Uncle Mike’s 1.5” nylon/velcro duty belt I got years ago. It’s still holding up. But the metal buckle is a bit heavy, the velcro kind of digs in and scratches my skin, and trying to order the correct size can be a bit confusing. Still an adequate “budget” belt that works.

Please, spend money on a good reinforced gun belt. I don't care if you are carrying a full sized 1911 or a Ruger LCPII. a good stiff belt will make your life easier. Please ignore the impulse to find something "cheap". Because it is thick does not mean it will work. If you find a gunbelt that you can roll up and put in a drawer, run away.
Like holsters, there are cheap and there are great. Understand, a quality gun belt will run you about $90+ but buy once, cry once.
I use https://abetterbeltusa.com/ for my belts. I own two and just ordered my third of a different color. Their Ultimate belt in Buffalo is great for work or dress and mine looks like new after three years of wear. I recommend getting 7 holes spaced 3/4" apart which gives you a very precise adjustment which is necessary when carrying a full sized firearm all day.

Just received my second buffalo from A better Belt USA. A reinforced Ultimate in Cognac. Great workmanship and will carry any full sized gun with no sag.

I've actually never really understood the difficulty so many people seem to have with belts. I mean, I will wear a very plain leather belt (I put them together myself) every day for SEVERAL years before it is worn out enough to replace. A working belt. Pistols hung on them, tools hung on them, tape measures hung on them, knives hung on them... no problem. I don't have "sagging" belts. I do see that many of you are using these really skinny belts.... maybe people also just aren't cinching them up tight enough.... beats me.

For those of you who might live close to a Rural King store, check out their two for $15.00 leather belts. Impossibly low price for a quality, thick leather belt-you have to see them to believe it.

If you find a gunbelt that you can roll up and put in a drawer, run away.

I assume you meant leather belts because I would advise running towards the Wolf "Tactical" nylon, 1 1/2" wide, infinitely adjustable belt, even though it comes tightly rolled and packed inside of a Zip Loc bag that measures 4"x4". Available in three colors, it's on sale now for $16.99 @ www.amazon.comwolftactical. At this price and quality, I bought two of them (one being a size larger in the probable event I will grow into it :().
