Last Fall I bought a Taurus J frame 357 model 605 but only shoot 38s. It would shoot left even from a solid bench rest. Upon closer examination I found the bore was drilled crooked with the muzzle having way more wall on the right side looking over the barrel with the left side being thinned walled. I saw this on a long barreled Mosin Nagant once and have heard its not too uncommon but how can you screw up the drilling process on such a short barrel such as the J frame? And I am talking 10 inches to the left at 25 yards.
