When reloading I noticed 2 die sets does that mean you don't have to bell this brass to load it?

The expander die is not strictly needed if you are loading boat-tail or bevel based bullets. Even many flat based bullet that have a nice corner radius on the base can be loaded without use of an expander if you're careful. I do not expand my 450 Bushmaster when reloading it. The only time I would is if I was loading flat based lead bullets then I would put a small amount of flare.

ETA: That said if your buying dies you might as well buy a more complete set to have the flexibility in the future.

Hornady typically doesn't make 4 die sets. None of my pistol sets are 4 die, and their original 350 Legend set was 2-dies. This thread gave me a reason to look again, and lo and behold...the first 4 die Hornady set and it's for 350 Legend. https://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item/00005546401/350-legend-series-v-4-die-set
I'm sitting on the fence on this cartridge...since I don't hunt, and I don't have a long range to shoot...I've been sticking with .300 Blackout and my one built but never fired .458 Socom.

I believe that was midway on the dies I have looked may places but I will order a 3 or 4 die set thanks for your help

Some dies sets don't include an expander because they assume that you will be doing that work with an expanding powder measure funnel on a progressive. See the description here.

My Hornady 460 set is a 4-die...although the 4th is a taper crimp which is kind of useless for hot 460 loads.

Personally, I'm highly interested in 350 Legend. I have a rather useless 7.5" AR pistol I've had for some time now. It became a $$ pit, so selling it wasn't on the table. 223 is kind of pointless with such a short barrel. I was all set to convert it to 300 BLK until I really started reading about 350 Legend. Once all of this panic driven silliness simmers down, I think I'm going to convert he pistol for it.

Currently the only die set Hornady sells for 350 Legend is a four die set (Full length Size, Expender, Seating and Taper Crimp). I am using the same Custom Grade die set for my 450 Bushmaster.

FWIW: "Taper die" I just use three turns (just engaged on the press) of my sizer as a taper crimp.
Mouth back to 0.378/9"

I really wish they’d make all of their pistol die sets four dies. I don’t know if they always had them, but I found their taper dies to be quite effective, and now have them for 380/9, 40, and 45. Lyman’s MSR die kits were the best answer, including sizer, expander, seater with extra stem, taper crimp, shell holder, and ammo checker.

I used to use a Hornady taper crimp die for hot 454Casull. It's a different kind of crimp that works extremely well for mega hot loads. I tried and tried to pull some with a collet style puller and an interia type and they absolutely refused to budge at all.
