NIB 629 5” price check

A classic is different than a 629. There are too many variables involved for '629 NIB 5" price check'. It doesn't seem extreme to me but that 629 Classic 6.5" is a great revolver (I have had one for almost 30 years). A 'classic' means it has been gone through the Performance Center. I highly recommend the PC versions.

I always considered the 6 1/2 inch barrel a little too much, the 5 inch barrel and 44 mag would be perfect

Surprisingly enough I can point shoot my 629 classic 6.5" with extreme accuracy, very well-balanced and accurate. I would not have thought it but I have done it on numerous occasions.

Check it very carefully before buying. Here's the one I bought earlier this summer: upload_2020-9-22_12-45-2.jpeg

Yeah, that's about right. Not a screaming deal, but less than what they ask for in the chain stores here. Maybe a touch more than you'd pay waiting around for a real good deal, but you won't save much more hunting around.

I had one, it was a great revolver for sure. I had the 5” and 6.5” 629’s but I had to sell the 5” to pay for car repairs a while back or I’d still have it.

$800.00 for one of those isn’t a bad price at all.

Stay safe.
