I crushed a case last night and wasn't able to salvage the "cartridge adapter" that comes with the lock-out die. Anyone know where you can find replacements? I looked on the website and did some googling but can't find them anywhere. Or does anyone have ideas for replacing it? It is a tiny piece of plastic, so I might just be forced to create something with some heat-shrink...

Call RCBS on Monday. They'll probably send you a pair and a spare on their dime. Their CS hours were reduced a while back, but I don't know if they still are. They might say on their website.

As mentioned RCBS will most likely send you one for free.

I like my Lock out die, money well spent IMO.

Took me an hour wait on the phone (they never responded to my email) but they sent me 2 free of charge. Thanks all

I had the same thing happen and they sent me a couple replacements, I think I will take a file and round off the sharp edge so if it does contact the case rim it has a better chance of sliding in instead of hanging on and crushing the case.

You shouldn’t need to file the foot/adapter. If yours is hanging on the case, it’s either the wrong caliber foot or the shell plate isn’t indexing properly or the case is looser in the shell plate than it ought to be. At least, that’s been my experience. ymmv
