what is different between these 9mm bullet

sellier & bellot 9mm bullet looks golden, material of jacket is CuZn30 (copper 70%, zinc 30%)
other 9mm brand looks copper jacket, copper is softer than brass.
what is different between these 2 bullets?
which one wear out the rifling?

Copper mixed with zinc makes brass, therefore you get the “golden” color. All three metals are way softer than the steel barrel. As strawhat mentioned neither will wear down your barrel.
 
What’s the brand of the other cartridge?

Not that it really matters. Reputable ammo manufacturers don’t make ammunition that destroys the guns that shoot their products.

As was stated, you’ll wear out the springs in the gun long before you’ll wear out the barrel in your semi auto.

We all like the S&B brand, here. The Blazer brand hasn't been as dependable, in our experience.
