The 950-series (Jetfire/Minx) is a single-action-only pistol, and is a bit slimmer. The 21-series (Bobcat) is a DA/SA-fired gun that is quite a bit thicker in the grip portion of the frame.
The 950-series was offered in .25ACP as the Jetfire, and .22 Short as the Minx. The 21-series was/is offered in .22LR and .25ACP, and uses the Bobcat name for both.
I have a pre-ban (no safety, Italian-made) Jetfire, and a 21A. The Bobcat, chambered in .22LR, is not at all reliable with CCI MiniMags, the only ammo I've tried so far. The Jetfire (.25ACP) is slicker in feel, lighter, and slimmer, but I've yet to shoot it. I expect it to function better than the Bobcat.
