Things seem to move easier when I use lube on pistol cases.

lately I’ve been using the Home Depot stuff and it seems to work fine

definititely more sanitary than using votive candle paraffin like I’d been doing

any hidden hazards I should be aware of?

Unless they mean *while wet*, which seems likely.
There's only 3 components listed:
Hexane
PTFE (Teflon)
Carbon dioxide (propellant)

The hexane will flash off quickly leaving only the Teflon behind. Teflon is not reactive.

That stuff would probably work, I've had good luck with One Shot myself.
After trying several other lubes I tried Hornady One Shot and never tried anything else after using One Shot. Best lube I have used on bottle neck rifle cases. No more lube dents on the shoulders. Will not degrade powder but I usually tumble after sizing anyway.

I assume you're using this with straight wall pistol cases in carbide dies?

I only mention it because I'd hate to have a new reloader try to use dry lube with their 8mm Rem Mag or similar.

We get plenty of stuck case threads already... :)

Yes. This is a lube-optional situation
