Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

Hi...
Another little gun shop tour today.
Bought a hundred small pistol primers...all they would sell, one hundred per day per person per type.

At another shop I bought two loading blocks, a hundred Starline .44Spl cases and put a Rock Island 1911 .45ACP on layaway.
I don't need another 1911...I just wanted one and my son has been pleased with his Rock Island 1911, so I decided to give it a shot(pun intended).

1 (50 rd) box of CCI Stinger .22lr, 1(50 rd) box of Federal 357 magnum FMJ and 1 (25 rd box) of Hornady 410 Critical Defense 2 1/2".

I bought a P320 FCU and recoil spring, so now I have all the parts to assemble another P320 :)(having previously upgraded to optics-cut slide, threaded barrel, and new grip module).

Let's see, spare mags, a spare 4 hole turret for my lee press, a steel guide rod for my Ruger, A compact 4x scope for an inexpensive Savage .22 Semi-Auto, oh, and an inexpensive Savage .22 Semi-Auto.

I think that is all so far this week.

Gunny... what’s the listed weight on that bipod? And is it anodized alloy or some kind of polymer?

Found a BSA Martini international in a hole in the wall gun shop.

Nearly complete, full sights and only missing the front sight inserts, single point sling and 10 round side mounted ammo box.

It's a honking beast at 14.3#.

Paid 485 OTD. Since it has sat for over a 2 years at this small shop.

"Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?"
- The answer is almost always "Yes"

Today -
100 rnds CCI 9mm. I paid too much at 60 cents per round, but I like to support my local shop.
200 rnds Armscor .22 at $3.49 per box of 50

I’m not sure what the weight is, but it’s lighter then other bipods I’ve had.
The rail clamp and the large nut are made of steel. And the Can clamp pivots and turn.

The inter part of the legs are aluminum and everything else is polymer.

I’ve been wanting to get one since they came out but the $110 price tag was a bit steep.
I got lucky when I stopped by the pawn and gun shop yesterday. They had taken the light and bipod off a rifle they had just put out and they were on the back counter. I ask how much they wanted for the two and was told that they weren’t sure yet. After a little bit I was told I could have the light for $60 and the bipod for $40. I can hardly ever pass on a good deal, but I’m a sucker for a great deal. Both light and bipod are like brand new.

Gunny... you got lucky you weren’t arrrested for stealing those. I’m thinking I’m needing a bipod like that but doubt I’ll get that kind of discount. :(

Just ordered an EGW 20 MOA picatinny base for my 10/22. My club has started running NRL22 matches (like PRS with .22LRs) and I'm going to check that out.

A quick stop at Cabela's I found a few 200-round boxes of Herter's Target 5.56 (brass) @ $120.
Got my allowed 1 box.

There were a couple other choices for 5.56/.223 but the rest of the shelves were bare of rifle or handgun ammo.

I install these on all my 1911's. I have wood grips and take them off frequently to remove excess oil that could soak into the grips. Just finished installing a set on my latest 1911 purchase:
