Possible end to my CCW journey!

Love my 365SAS my old eyes just can't handle the dot in circle sights well enough to shoot a plates match with it. An IDPA match is a distinct possibility. Its about the only gun I actively carry anymore.

Love my SAS. Just be prepared for the long list of haters that will post on this thread, including the usual TFB and other videos.

Don't listen to them. The p365 SAS does it's job very well.

Glad that you are happy with your 365SAS. Looks like it does a good job for you. I haven't really checked them out since I have a Sig P938 that shoots well for me along with a Glock G26 and G43. I have definitely been happy with my P938.

If you are competent and confident with your abilities and the performance of the gun you’ve chosen to defend your life with, do not worry one second what another man thinks. People slapping down others when their choice differs is a practice that makes little sense, but continues constantly (especially on the inter-webs).

Continue to practice when you can, including weak-handed and (if allowed where you shoot) drawing from concealment. Continue to focus on self awareness with your surroundings and carrying your gun safely to stay within your local/state laws. Stoke your SIG with good, reliable SD ammo and most importantly; seek out qualified instruction when you can.

You and yours will be well defended with the SIG 365 SAS... and with all honestly; let’s all hope none of us ever to use our choice for a defensive firearm in such a role.

Your journey is far from over, it’s just beginning.

I put a p365 in layaway today at a local shop. He also had the p365 sas, but the grip felt slightly different. I did handle it for awhile, and the sights were different, but not that bad. I liked the feel of the normal p365 a little more.

Great Scot: Those Sig P365s are so popular that it has caught so many peoples' attention who already have three, four, five carry guns.

To be even better prepared, learn some elbow strikes etc to the body's most sensitive areas, as we learn in weekly Krav Maga classes (among many other techniques).

Carry what YOU prefer. Ignore the nay- sayers. The 365 series of handguns are all great in my book but that is neither here nor there for anyone else. Just like certain other things we all have an opinion but your is the one that counts for you. Enjoy your new carry gun.

The race on the CCW journey has no end. So it's more like a death march, really.

You can’t argue with good groups on a target at CQB range to justify selection of a CCW. You made a good choice!

nice gun. you cant go wrong with the 365.

8 times out of 10 .. If the gun is the one that others are compared to … its usually a good choice

I just recently installed the MCarbo spring kit in my P365 and the difference is like night and day. The trigger weight is lighter and at 10 yards the gun will blow a ragged hole in a target rather than just peppering it. I loved this gun before I added the spring kit, now it feels like a brand new pistol.

Journeys have stops along the way, but seldom end.
My CCW journeys have taken me all sorts of places. Several of those trips were loops, too.
I have a brand-new 365X, it's not quite part of the journey, but will be one of the many roads, though.

ALWAYS carry what you are confident with. I carried a Sig P226 for years in the Navy and was proficient but never truly loved the Gun. I now carry a Gen 1 Glock 24 Compensated in 40 S&W and LOVE it. My wife carries a 10mm and loves it. It ALL depends on what YOU are happy, comfortable and conpetent with. Good Luck, stay safe and hope you NEVER need your skill.

Of the popular CCW pistols I thought the P365 had the best trigger. I carry the XDS mod 2 in 9mm. Got such a good deal on it. I need to practice allot more with it.
