Out of a 4” or 6” good maybe. Snubbie I doubt it. Even the famed FBI load was not a reliable expander from a 1 7/8 barrel. But here is why I like SWC bullets, sharp shoulders and flat nose equals more tissue damage over round nose lead. So if you must load standard pressure for gun or shooter purposes you could do much worse than a Swagged SWC-HP at 800 maybe plus FPS. Just not at that price.
