Sorry......Graf's is in Mexico, MO, which some might consider a 3rd world country, but still legal to transport in and out of.....for now.
Minor slip up on my part, as there are two Graf's in MO. The mail order place in Mexico, MO and an unrelated reloading store in St. Charles, MO, which was also Graf's, but now goes by the name of Full Circle Reloading. For some reason still felt the need to differentiate.
Lol. By all accounts.....MO is still America. Now, if it had been in California, NJ, MD........I'd stand by my statement about needed an import license.
I wouldn't say very difficult anymore. Everyday for about 2 weeks primers have been available from different places. I know many of my friends in need have gotten them. 6 months ago it was very difficult today not so much.Seems most components are available if you're not too fussy. The exception being primers which are still very difficult to obtain.
I actually scored some CCI 41s and CCI SPPs this past week ... but they were waaaaaaay too expensive. And some 1680 and N140.Seems most components are available if you're not too fussy. The exception being primers which are still very difficult to obtain.
Update on my Midsouth order! This morning they charged my card and started pulling my 4 items from the warehouse. Tonight they are still pulling the four items. I still have to get them packed and shipped but they are making progress.
If it makes you feel any better, $60 in Spring 2020 is worth $64.20 now... so you only "lost" about $6 in opportunity costs.Since I complain regularly about those who brag about their primer finds, I thought I would return the favor; 1100 primers picked up in lots of 3, 4, and 4 at two different Academy Sports in Kansas since Saturday: $6.99/hundred! I'm back ahead for a year, anyway. I would point out these are the first small rifle primers I've seen since early spring, 2020....when I passed on picking up 1000 CCI BR at $60.00 because I thought it was too high.

Did that fellow buying the 44’s mention if those were boxes of 20, 25, or 50? I see a lot of magnum pistol hunting ammo these days packed like rifle hunting ammo - in boxes of 20.I still cannot wrap my head around a person that is willing to pay that kind of $$ for one box of ammo.
There was a guy on a different forum talking about picking up a couple of boxes of 44 magnum for $56/box. I fully understand its different strokes for different folks...but there's no way I'd drop $120 after tax on 100 rounds of ammo. I just will refrain from shooting.
I've always had good luck with Midsouth. They do have a message on their website that shipping is running behind 6-8 business days. So I'm giving them some slack considering the current situation and patiently waiting for my order.
