That's a nice looking gun, are you allowed to buy a CA ready gun from out of state?

I would need to double check but from and an out of state FFL to an FFL in CA I think I would be ok, but of course it has to be the model on CA's stupid approved list.

Yup, you'd be GTG through your local FFL. The only real restriction would be to the original EMP and not the EMP4

Just curious, what makes the EMP4 California non-compliant?

Wasn't previously certified and put on "the list."

Can't be added to the list as it lacks microstamping technology
