...for great customer service, and an easy exchange program.
The Cliff's Notes version; had a Marbles tang sight from Midway, thot' it had excessive play. Ordered a replacement; when it arrived, had to return the first one.
Pulled up Midway's web site for an address, to write a cover letter.
Instead, I was led down an easy, multi menu program that ended up generating a return shipping label.
I'm a technodunce, and it was easy, even for me.
Thanks, Midway.

Don't wait for primers................................ I hope I am still alive when they tell me that they have some..........
Plainly, this isn't just Midway. No idea what is up with primers; ammo seems to be both reasonably plentiful and drifting down in price.

Poper, you're right, cheap they ain't. At least they are showing 'in stock' for $126 @ K; in recent memory, those kinds of numbers were always out of stock.
A market remains for primers, and mfgs will still meet it, if there is a buck to be made.
Still trying to wait it out; using my remaining primers to load stuff that is expensive to buy; .38Spl, .380, even .32.

Still waiting for LRMP’s. It was exactly 1 year ago when they were posted FS at midway. I grabbed my card and tried to order but they sold out before I hit submit

But for anything else excluding cast, Midway is my go-to for everything. I just bought a folding cot from them on sale so I have a place to sleep when my wife kicks me out of the house.

I’ve ordered at least a couple dozen times from them. Never a bad experience. In fact I just received an email notification on a holster for a P94 I recently bought. Email said holster still on back order and that I won’t be be billed until it’s in stock and shipped.

I had an exact opposite experience with Midway CS lately. Glad to see they are keeping some customers happy I suppose.

There are plenty of primers! However they’re in the hands of scalpers, trickling them out at outrageous prices.

I could have scalped my considerable stock a couple of years ago for 5-10x what I bought them for.
However, I was concerned about being able to reasonably replace them. It was fortuitous that I didn’t. The only thing I’m low on is large pistol primers.
Push comes to shove, I’ll barter for them with my small pistol primers.

Deals are few and far between but returns are a "bunt." Nice to see that if I want to drop my drawers I can get some CCI primers at Bruno's.

Some of the primer thing might be scalpers, and we're still seeing guys bragging about picking up 4 bricks at stupid prices. I spent $80 on my last brick, and felt guilty about doing that.
Brownells is another good outfit that hasn't seen a lot of my business; did more back when they were more of a parts outfit.

I love Midway USA. Have ordered from them for many, many years, my few returns were quickly resolved.
My first purchase of CCI primers was $9.99 for 1 K small pistol primers ( in the ‘60s) those days are long gone.

Happy Midway customer here. My only gripe was when they were shipping out UPS and it went to USPS for delivery. took an unnecessary extra day for delivery. Apparently they are not doing that anymore, thank goodness.

That isn't a bad as when it goes to FEDEX and then USPS.

Shipping has been about my only complaint an it is usually when it goes through FEDEX or UPS then to USPS for final delivery.

Granted I am only about 50-60 minutes away from Midway USA and could go pick stuff up, which I do if it is something I need right away.

I spent a LOT of money at Midway over the years and had excellent customer service. Latley after Larry has not been involved the prices have gone up excessively compared to say Brownell's so I have shopped around for and found bargains at other establishments. Kinda like what happened at Widners. Gotta watch where my cash goes now sadly.

Frogo is right on!
In years past, the blemish bullets were roughly 50% of cost of 1st quality items. Nowadays, often the initial prices of blems is more than 1st quality!

Guess what? I’ve quit buying blems!

I used to do most of my reloading components from Wideners. After they sold out to new owners, I haven’t ordered ANYTHING from them.

On a different note, Natchez Shooters Supply has started shipping to non-dealers in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. Previously, the would only ship to FFL holders. Lately they have reversed that policy. However, their prices with shipping won’t match Midway when they offer free shipping [often!).
So, advantage MIDWAY!

I just learned this yesterday... a local store in the neighboring state of WA is selling primers for the now-normal price of $100/brick, when they have them. An employee of that store can buy them at an "employee price" of one half that cost. I feel confident that the store is still making money when honoring employee pricing. That leads me to believe it's the dealer that's gouging us.

I've placed a lot of orders thru Midway, never had a problem with them requiring customer service.

Not the cheapest, but like Brownells they have a big selection so I usually keep a few small items in a cart til I can place an order to justify shipping.
And they carry some items no one else does. I was looking for some gen 2 Ruger Mini-14 mag follwers and only Ruger & Midway carried them.

I love doing business with Midway. I've bought everything from $6 Glock trigger housing pins to $1,500 Sako rifles and each and every experience has been outstanding.

I’ve never had any issue with MidwayUSA; delivery, return, any other issue.
And through this current shortage, they’re stock has been better than most.

pricing? My experience is #1 Power Valley, #2 Midsouth, #3 MidwayUSA, #4 Brownells.

But I have been buying based almost entirely on availability the last 2 years and Midway has been the best.

Others receiving honorable mention are Precision Reloading and ReloadingUnlimited.

Graf’s has been very disappointing based solely on their lack of product.

I use midway a lot too.
My only beef is they say fast shipping, yes it is but they tag a label on it within minutes and call it shipped. Which it isn't. So then it's impossible to change your mind.

Midway does indeed ship pretty fast. When anything I order comes straight from USPS or straight from UPS then I get my orders quickly. It is when they ship through FEDEX or USP and those two hand off the final delivery to USPS that causes delays. At least that has been my experience over the year.

Granted USPS has been pretty bad over the last two years with being slow and losing stuff.
