Has anyone tried the UnTuckIt brand shirts for concealed carry?
I am familiar with guyabera and aloha shirts, as well as polo shirts, that all work well.
However, the photos of trim (as opposed to dadbod) models wearing the unTuckIt shirts look like they may be a little too slim at and below the belt line for proper coverage without printing.

I haven't tried the Untuckit brand, although I think they look good and will eventually give them a try. I really dont like to buy clothes online, I like to try them on first. Different mfg's have different ideas of fit & sizing. Here in Florida I've been using the untucked shirt and high ride holsters method for cc for years. My favorite are the fishing style shirts for casual use and locations, but obviously not always appropriate wear for some places.

I haven't tried them for the reason you listed. They do look too trim fit and their models look like they are 6' tall and about 170 lbs (what I would consider slim).

They work well if you buy them larger than you would normally buy, same as nearly any other shirt. If you 'normally' wear medium, buy a large. Yes, I have a couple, nice shirts.

I carry often with just a T shirt, untucked and with “dress” shirts tucked in with a pistol beneath.

Check out Duluth Trading Conpany long tail t-shirts, they fit nice and are extra long. I wear them for work, they work well when your bending over and keeping you covered between your pants and your shirt, as in no plumbers crack! They also work excellent for covering your carry piece.

They cost to much for me . I bought some shirts and had them tailored that cost a lot less that I like .

I actually like the "George" brand from Walmart for a decent looking button down cover shirt for my ample waistline. Also the wrangler western style with snaps not buttons.

If there is one thing I cannot stand is overly long shirts that appears as if I am wearing a dress if left untucked. Shirts of all types keep getting longer and longer and more and more full through the belly. Walmart was and I think still are selling a button up Wrangler for untucked wear. These are western styled, slim fit, shorter hemline but a little longer than the UnTuckit branded shirts. The Wrangler untucked shirts are very nice quality, snaps or buttons and the sleeves roll nicely too. Look on the tag, the shirts I am buying have slim fit and untucked length on the hang tag. They are made for guys who go in rather than out at the middle of their fuselage. ;)

Their plaid shirts work well for carry also, as do the Fire Hose pants for pocket carry. Big pockets, and big cargo pockets.

Yes (I have two), but there are also better -- and less expensive -- options.

I find it almost amusing that fashion trends have evolved to the point where there are so many styles of shirts that favor the concealed handgun carrier. Most shirt makers have a number of styles designed to be worn un-tucked, with squared bottoms/no tails, that almost look as though they're designed specifically to conceal handguns worn on the belt or inside the waistband.

I've been wearing the "camp shirts" for years. There are any number of companies making shirts that do NOT look like dresses, nor are over-long, are somewhat tapered yet not too snug and can easily conceal full-size handguns in OWB holsters. Honestly, sometimes when I see the responses in these threads, I think some of our members need to get out more and/or have more open minds about their fashion priorities.

Of course, if one is blessed with too much tactical girth, you're on your own (sorry). I'm working on the love handles, myself...
