My dad is always forwarding me his articles. Did you read the one about hunting axis deer in Florida? That was pretty good too. He also had a good one a while back about the merits of carrying a handgun for defense.

 Huh? Idon't know which Dirty Harry this guy saw but the one I saw carried a S&W model 29 not a Colt.

Kinda makes me wonder about the rest of the article.

Why not read it?

While it didn't make an appearance in Dirty Harry, the Colt Python did show up in Magnum Force. The vigilante officers (David Soul especially) carried Pythons. Maybe he got the movie wrong.

First off what the hell are you talking about cerberus? It's pretty obvious I read the article else how could I have quoted from it.

Second - learn how to quote. It's not rocket science. When you are replying to a message just type in (replace the { with a [ ) {quote} text {/quote} like that. Or you can just use the symbol at the top of the reply screen that looks like a text baloon with writing on it. Makes your replies a lot easier to read.

Whether or not Mike Adams got his Dirty Harry movies confused(he is a professor and might have better things to do with his time than anylize the minutia of a movie) or Cerberus not quoting properly  , the validity and coolness of Mike Adams still stands.

Read closely. He didn't claim anywhere in the article that Dirty Harry used a .357 mag Colt Python. He just said that Dirty Harry gave him the inspiration. I took it to mean that Dirty Harry inspired him to get a magnum revolver in general not a Colt specifically. He also said it was stainless and I'm sure he realized that Dirty Harry's gun wasn't stainless. I think you're reading too much into it. I also think you're being silly to imply that it somehow invalidates the rest of the article...just like you were being silly in pointing out that cerberus was not quoting to your satisfaction.
