Warthogga10,

Don't really know much about Hi-Points but I do know your post will get more attention if it isn't in the "Handloading and Reloading" section. I suggest "Handguns: General Discussion" or "Handguns: Autoloaders".

i've had the same service from rcbs, williams, tally, remington, and stoney point.

i expect that level of service from anybody i'd buy a product from. else, they'll get no more money from me, and i'll happily tell everybody about what i perceive as a bad deal, like the tubb firing pins and fire lapping stuff.

Oops my bag guys, sorry I posted it in the wrong forum,I'm just so used to comming to this site that I did it without thinking. Anyway, I removed all I could, THANKS.

Dakotasin- Is that Wiliams Gunsight and Outfitters, located in Davison, MI? If so I will pass along the praise to them when I head up there later today or tomorrow to put some more $$$ down on the Lee Aniversary Kit that I have in Layaway there. I mainly use thier gun shop as my primary firearm and accessories retailer. Though once I get my C&R FFL I wil be purchasing from a couple of other retaielrs, but Williams will be my main choice for my primers, powder, and stuff that I need and unfortunately cant wait for to be shipped to me (ie ammo for my brother and friends to use when we go up there to use the range, dont want someone else using the rounds that i reloaded in case something happens, I dont want to be liable for any injuries to them from my handloads).

eldorf- yep, that's the one. i recently ordered a sight for my rifle, it came, but the screws were wrong. i called them and whined, and a couple days later brand new screws showed up in my mailbox. no hassle, no cost, no problems. please do pass along my praise - they may very well remember me because this happened within the last week.

i tend to stick w/ companies/products that i trust. part of that trust is earned by having the product perform as advertised, the other part is earned when a company resolves my problems w/ their products. as such, williams is on my personal 'good guys list', and they will keep my business... they are in a tight market - lyman, marbles, etc produce good products, too - but i'll stick w/ williams.
