Kudos to RCBS customer service

Hard to beat RCBS customer service.

The powder hopper on my 25 year old Uniflow powder measure finally got fouled inside to the point where I couldn’t remove all the old powder. You’re not supposed to let the powder stand in the hopper overnight, but I have to admit I do, sometimes for months. This etches the plastic and, after 25 years or so makes it unusable.

I called RCBS customer service. They gladly sent me a new one, free of charge. I got the new one in just 8 days. Thanks RCBS.

Yep moxie, a +1 to RCBS customer service. They did exactly the same for me.

I had a similar experience with them. I bought some used dies, and needed a decapping pin. It's a wear part, they sell a 10-pack. I also needed some parts for my hand priming tool, from - umm yeah when I tried to seat a second primer, NOT a great idea. I told them what happened, they asked if I was OK and what all was damaged, would not let me pay for parts including the decapping pins.
