Good on her!

Looks like she enjoyed herself! @ that age, that's the most important aspect. Good on you engendering the next generation of shooters--well, at least one!

Thanks!actually she is #3 child (out of 4 so far...) her younger sister cant quite reach the trigger on the youth guns yet. but the youngest does have a bb gun she can shoot. with supervision of course.:D

excellent!

my oldest daughter turned 6 in august, and i bought her a youth 22 to get her started. she really enjoys it!

i was doing some range work w/ my ar-15 one day and she was very insistent on trying it... i let her run a couple down the pipe, but she didn't care for it - too loud, too much recoil. that's ok... we'll enjoy the 22's for awhile yet.

Way to go!

She looks adorable too, but, shouldn't she be dressed in tactical black...or at least in woodland camoflage?:D

I don't know where Temple is, but if it's anywhere near Atlanta you're welcome to any of my smaller, kid-friendly arms for kiddy day at the range. :)

Thanks everybody!

Amish Bill, Temple is 40 miles west of Atl. near Villa Rica thanks for the offer , we have a little itty bitty .22 it used to be a russian trainer, my neighbor trimmed it down for the little ones to shoot & did a trigger job on it , she just wanted to hold daddys henry in the picture, she loves that lever action for some reason, its funny to watch her cock it, she puts the stock on the ground, holds the barrell in one hand puts her foot against the stock and HEAVES that sucker up.:D
(her cammies were in the laundry) I need to get a better camera!

I buy a lot of my ammo from a place in Villa Ricca - GA Arms. :)

Things are available from a Daisey .22 bolt, full size .22 bolt, 10/22, 22/45, P22, V22 AR-15 upper (after I get it tuned up).... larger available on request. Just let me know.

Where do you normally shoot?

Amish Bill ,There is a range next exit past villa rica they do there own reloading and it is PREMIUM ammo and its cheaper than buying factory ammo. its called advanced bullets & rifle range or something like that. The .303 was 18 bucks a box but it shoots like a dream, the .40 and 7.62x39 is just a little more than wolf price wise but its just about the best ammo i have ever shot. Im a plumber and i drve to Atlanta every day, if you evr need me to pick something up for you let me know.

Thanks for the offer. I might just take you up on that. I just got about 6k in mixed rounds for a friend and I, so it might not be in the immediate future.... :)

Yes quite so, that and 100 dollar deposite ought to get her home on time:cool:

I read this while drinking... you almost cost me a keyboard. :D

I never thought of the $100 deposit... not only does it insure he has incentive to get her back on schedule, but it also weeds out the shiftless rifraf. EXCELENT IDEA~!

Love the pic

Someone more computer literate than I REALLY needs to send that pic to rosie o donnel and michael moore

Amish Bill I stopped drinking at the computer after about keyboard number three:mad:
Mot45acp my oldest son had to put the picture on the forum for me so dont look at me, the whole family is shooting this sat weather permiting so ill see if i can get him to put up one of all six of us:D Families that shoot together stay together.

Everything is happening this Saturday... I have a model coming over for a shoot, a friend invited me to a shoot with supressed full autos, and you're planning a range day. :)
