(CO) Court weighs city's ability to write local firearms laws

I am a little confused as to how Denver can use the CO constitution to justify home rule, but then use home rule to justify ignoring that same constitution?

This kinda reminds me of grade school when we were told not to use the actual word in the definition of the word that we were defining.

Just because the "logic" is circular doesn't mean representatives of the Democratic (sic) party won't trot it out as established fact.
