The only gun I've ever bought because it was irresistibly cute is my Walther PPK. It's turned out to be a pretty good shooter.

I recommend the magazine with the extended floor plate: it really does improve your grip.

Whatever the .380... stoke it with CorBon. I can't imagine any other round would really be much of a defense round in this mouse caliber. My Colt Mustang runs great on Corbon .380, but I'd sure hate to have to rely on it instead of one of my .45's.

To do a fast reload of a Sig 230/232 or an HK PSP you hold the gun steady with your right hand, draw the second mag, then bring it up close to the magwell. With the thumb of your left hand you activate the mag release and then slide the new mag as soon as the first mag drops.

Really doesn't take much time at all -- try it, you'll see. I actually prefer the Eurostyle bottom mag release for flat "deep carry" guns. No chance of accidentally dropping or unlocking a mag during holstering. And it is definitely better for ankle carry.

Sig still make the p230?
