Deep down in the "By God" South, the only plastic revolvers we have "squirt" water.

Don't see nuthin' leakin' outta this picture. Need to see the other side of this thing to figure out where the stopper is :neener:

OK, I have a couple of red and black guns that I Gun-Koted (which is what is sounds like these yahoo's did) but they're automatics, not a classic S&W. That's just wrong. Bad. Silly. Stupid. Whatever you want to call it. I should know. I've DONE IT to a couple of guns but NOT a model 36. Even if it were rusty and needed to be redone i'd at least done something tasteful. Like silver, black, or maybe even an OD/Black or tan/black two tone for a modern tacticool contrast, but damn. That's just horrible.

Orange Guns

Normally I wouldn't post this photo, but it seems to fit in this particular thread. Here is a picture I took once from the Internet of a Kimber Pro with orange frame, similar to the orange revolver that started this thread.

Some places have passed laws against look-alike-guns (starter pistols and stuff). Now we'll probably get the reverse, laws against something that's real that looks like a toy.

That Kimber looks like the aluminium frame was professionally anodized. The Kimber isn't a classic like the S&W either, so I'll give it some leeway with color anodizing. Now, if it wasn't orange :barf: , but rather Red & Black :D , like the S&W that started the thread, I'd have to have one.

Red and black seems to be a popular combination.

So you want cheesy?

"Hey, pogo2, that Kimber seems to have an anodized aluminum frame. It's not NEARLY as cheesy looking as that powder coated abomination. ROFL!"

So you want cheesy? How about a green Kimber with gold grips on a cheddar background?

MCgunner,

Being from Texas, you should know that treating a fine gun like that could get you the information extraction treatment that was used in the movie the Cowboy Way. That calf latched onto that fellas....well, lets just say it wasnt the bottle nipple and the torture began.

Here's one I found out on the net that was just soo ugly I had to save it.

Two to blame for this one, the owner that wanted it done and the refinisher that actually did the work. :cuss:

holy balls.... You know, the Kimbers I can forgive because they are anodized, and I actually thought both of them looked sort of cool (although the gold grips are wretched). But that McGun and that Playskool 1911? Dear god.....
