Taking all Democrats rated B- or higher, only incumbents rated on actual voting records, I checked election results with that list. I didn't notice any upset and see no change in the balance in the House. I did notice that the current ratings have gun friendly Democrats rated A or A- at 16 rather than the old 13, all of those incumbents that must have done something recently to gain favor.
I have not yet checked for well-rated Republicans that were upset by those rated poorly or not rated. I don't think there was any significant shift except perhaps unfavorable to gun ownership.
The only change I see in the Senate is loss of Burns (A) in Montana to a B rated Democrat (Tester). If Allen (A) loses, Webb is not rated.
