It's on the 25th and 26th. Anybody going? It's the first show Huntsville's had in about 6 months. It's usually a small show but not bad.

I am planning on being there on the 25th if all goes well. I may bring my Ishapore Enfield and maybe my FR8 as trade/sell fodder. Cash is running low these days so I may part with them for cash if the price is right.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't realize that time was upon us again.

I may try to go if I can. Went to the last one on the last day and didn't see anything that interested me at all.

Last time I went to the gunshow at the Shriner's Temple was a few years ago. Nothing much there; did get several hundred once-fired 357 Mag cases.

I won't be there Saturday; my son's got Pee Wee football game in Albertville. And I'm not too sure about Sunday, either. Hope whoever goes finds a bargain.

I've been there before -- last time I purchases a Uberti replica of a Richards-Mason Colt 1851 Conversion in .38SP. I've purchased other firearms there before ...CZ-75, a Rossi .38SP. It isn't huge, and sometimes not a huge amount to see...atleast that I can afford at the time!:( I try to go to all the nearby gunshows and atleast look around.
Hopefully, this weekend I'll get some gizmos for my Bushmaster if they have 'em!;)

Who is putting it on? If it's being put on by Guns-N-Such out of Florence, it will be a waste of time. If it's Valley Productions, it should be pretty good and I'll try to make it on Sunday.

I went to the last one. I got a nice Enfield No. 4 Mk 2 off an old fellow from Lacey's Spring for $160. He said that he'd bought it several years before to sporterize. I'm happy with it the way it is.

I also got 100 rounds of Greek HXP .303 Brit for $40.

I've been over the years, small, but I've sold a few guns there and found a nice P38 hardshell holster. Keep your eyes open for one in Athens also. Its about that time of year.

I'll be there. I got a really good deal on a used 6in Taurus Tracker 357 and a SA XD9 Sub Compact the last time I went.

Did anybody score anything good?

Looked like just about everything was overpriced to me. Saw some beautiful pre-WWII 1911's and a couple of nice looking Garands.

It's a gunshow -- everything is supposed to be overpriced!:scrutiny:
I saw some brass-framed Pietta blackpowder revolvers in the $250 range ...yeah, now those were overpriced.
All I wound up buying was a scope mount for my Bushmaster M4orgery. Atleast it saved me the time of mail ordering it.
But, it's always fun looking around!
There's another gunshow in Cullman, Alabama at the civic center this coming weekend ... I am debating whether I should go ... or not.

I sold my Ishapore Enfield at the show. Hated to but needed funds. I had a few nibbles on my FR8 but no bites. As a whole the show wasn't bad....only 1 table with beanie babies and jerky. Garands and 03A3's were there but the lowest price I saw was $800. Ammo was unthinkable. One guy had 200 round battlepacks (he said they were South African) for $140.

The Cullman show is mostly the same people, but not a bad show usually. I've got to work.
