PORT ORANGE, Fla. — A 'ninja' helped another 'ninjas' rob a man in his Port Orange driveway, police said.

David Cheezum told police three man dressed as ninjas held him down, covered his mouth and took his wallet, cell phone and cash.

The ninjas were wearing gloves and had guns, police said.

Everything was covered except their eyes, and the ninjas spoke in very low tones, he told police.

Two of the three suspects have been arrested. Police are still looking for the third.

Victor Williams Junior is charged with armed robbery, use of a vehicle during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Ronald Bullard is charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and resisting arrest without violence.

Can't comment, it speaks for itself.....

No words... well besides "awesome"...

I'm not sure caliber is the question for ninjas, full auto or spreading shot to hit the quick buggers...

This is where I make a statement that goes something like this:

"I cannot imagine anyone going around unarmed in this day and age period"...''

Especially in Florida.

Never heard of this one before. Anyone care to explain it to me?

A quick google turns up some verbage to that effect in just about every states motor vehicle code.... I guess one of those "piling on" charges.

I'd never noticed it before either but it appears to be quiet common.

From what I could find
It means that the vehicle was used as an instrument in the crime and not merely as a conveyance to the crime scene

Perhaps they used the car to pin him in and then jumped him

Another little-known Florida statute makes it a crime to wear a hood or any other form of disguise while committing a crime. As with many things though, they're probably only going to get charged with it if the arresting officer happens to know about and remember the law.

The officer does not file the charges, that's up to the DA
The officer simply arrests on suspicion

These ninjas weren't all that bright, that's fer shuriken. Good Lord...'Boys In The Hoods'.

Biker

I didn't see where anyone answered the question

What caliber for Ninjas?

Isn't that what the 8mm Nambu was designed for?
