Which of the current mass production type manufactures out there makes an extremely well if not the best full size ,9mm 1911 out there, such as colt, Kimber, para, s/a, just to name a few as im aiming more for your experience with the pistol, reliability,any issues,out of the box, Im in the market for one and frankly not to much info out there & who better to ask....THX in advance....

Full size or Commander - Get a Colt New build/issue '70 Series
forged frame and no MIM internals, out of the Colt Pro shop
should be within your budget.
Sub-Compact
Springfield Armory EMP 3" bbl. Forged SLide & alloy frame
28 oz, and it has the same mag cap. as a full size/Commander
with 9 rds. It's scaled to the 9MMx19 Cartridge.

Kimber won't get my vote for "best" in any category other than quality of full page photo ads.
It pains me to say this, but with all the OP's criteria considered, IMHO the only one that fits all the parameters is Springfield Armory.

Weird. I have been thinking about getting a 9mm 1911 also. I'm a fan of the 1911 and I think a 9mm one would fit the bill for me perfectly.
Debating abut selling my current 1911 (I really like MOST things about my Kimber Tac Pro II except it's .45 and it's an older model with the external extractor) and adding up fiances and such for about a week to see if I can swing a new one without selling anything right now.
Even thou the .45 Tac Pro II, I currently have is unreliable I'd rather not sell any of my weapons (even the bad ones) so I'm most likey going to just save until I can buy a 9mm one outright.
This is what I'm considering, all in the $700-$1200 range.
Kimber Pro Carry II in 9mm.
Par LTC in 9mm.
Dan Wesson PM9.
Kimber Tac Pro II in 9mm.
I know they are all 4" guns....
Par makes a few high cap (18 rounds) 5" guns and Springfield has a 5" single stack. Every 9mm Colt I've seen was a 4.5 Commander.

Springfields are nice, but they were built a little looser than I prefer. Comparing both the Kimber was fit tighter and had a better trigger.

The STI looks promising. I'd honestly would recommend saving up more and getting a semi-custom 1911 in 9mm. The production guns offered in 9mm are limited and "fair." If I had a broader range of 1911s to choose from, I'd be looking at offerings from Nighthawk, Wilson, Les Baer, and Rock River.
Oh, which I completely forgot. Look into Dan Wesson, I believe they offer 1911s in 9mm. I'd definitely look hard into a DW. They're a great value for the quality of parts you receive.
Bambam-31 was referring to my pistol. I have it running fine now, but it was finicky. The overtravel screw needed adjusting a couple of times (doubling and not dropping the hammer), finally locktited. Since I use Cobra mags, it needed the followers replaced with the dropleg followers. It locks back reliably now. Other than that, it runs fine. The extractor needs to be kept relatively clean, and with a lot of tension. Otherwise a fun gun, but I do lust for a semi-custom 9mm 1911.

I have a stainless loaded target in 9mm that is as tight as my $2500 Wilson. I checked the trigger the other day and it breaks like glass at 5 lbs. Accuracy is not an issue with this gun, it tears ragged holes. I had a Kimber that was just the opposite, loose slide but had a decent trigger. Shot pretty good once I sent it back to have the sights adjusted. It shot 11" high right out of the box.
