Folks, just got done reading another thread on here "Disclosure of lawfully concealed firearm on a traffic stop" but I did not want to hijack the thread by going to one specific state.
NY State is very odd about many laws concerning firearm ownership, but what are their laws regarding Disclosure to a LEO during a traffic stop? This is a scenario where a Valid CHL is possessed, and the handgun is either in a concealed holster, or in a holster in a carry bag such as a briefcase.
I've been searching on the web with no luck. Just wanted to see if anyone knew what specifically NY State says about it.
**NOT NYC** just NY State.
