How reliable is ammunitiontogo.com?

Two boxes of 9mm Gold Dots were damaged and missing rounds when they arrived. The missing rounds were not in the shipping container, either. ATG has offered to replace the boxes but I haven't closed the loop with them yet.

They've been responsive and willing to fix the problem, and to me, that's very important. Everyone will have a goof. What separates good companies from bad is how willing they are to fix the problems which arise.

I have had two orders with them and no problems...waiting on a third order. I like they they email me with UPS's tracking information...that's nice to track your order.

If I had more $$$...I would be doing more business with them. Wish I had ordered more stuff about six months ago...

I've gotten several orders from ammo-to-go over the past year or so. Good prices, quick delivery, everything you'd want. The Golden Sabers I purchased from them several months ago DO have the red seals on the primers.

In my book, these folks are highly reliable.

I just placed my first order with ATG. My closest retailer had no .357 mag or .38 Special in stock at all when I stopped by, so resorted to online. Only ordered 150 rounds for now; but, I'm sure I will be using them a lot more in the future based on the current fear-monger environment.

Have ordered quite a bit from them and when there was one hiccup they fixed it promptly - I buy most of my ammo from them - a great retailer.
