M&P differences?

The only diff I can find from those descriptions is the sights. MSRP is only ~$40 difference b/t the two models, so the difference is minimal Im sure.
Im sure someone will have a better answer shortly.

The pro has a sub 5# trigger and fiber optic front sights, where the L has a +5# trigger and standard front blade.

pro is set up for the gun games. No magazine disconect "factory trigger job", no forward cocking serrations, fiber optic front sight. That is off the top of my head.

Where are the forward cocking serrations you guys are talking about? The M&P 45s are the only ones I've seen with the forward serrations.
