Choosing pages to support

Unfortunately, I use yahoo--it's got my mail, my weather, driving directions, a search bar and pretty much anything else I'd want. The problem is it also has an outlet for the biased media right in the center of my screen. And that outlet is used to display large messages right in the center of my screen--'Obama is the 2nd coming of Jesus,' 'Guns are Bad,' 'You don't need an Assault Weapon!' and so forth. Of course the messages are not that blatant--otherwise no-one would go there. But everything is reported with a biased spin, including any moves on gun control.

Is there a 2nd amendment friendly or conservative run site out there that has things like email, news, weather, and maps that I could use as my home page?

Yes, you can set the homepage. THR is good, but it doesn't have anything but firearms. I want to set it to something that gives me the basics without making contributions the Brady organization or helping to support 'sensible' gun control. I think we all know where yahoo stands. Where does excite stand? Any other good ones that don't try to cram biased crap down our throats?

I've often wondered if maybe some older THR or TFL servers could be used to start something like that, but they're old servers for a reason I guess and using them for an endevor like that could be a hell of a lot of work and upkeep. I wonder if Fox has partnered with anyone...
