mitchell 20/22 made in Phillippines

Hey fellas,

I found this Mitchell 20/22 .22 cal. today at a pawn shop($150.00). It was made in the Phillippines. Can anyone tell me anything about it. I could not find anything about it on the Internet...:confused:
 
Does it look like a 10-22 by any chance. We had a bunch of foregin made 22 up here looked just like a 10-22.
 
Made from 95-97 by Armscor, uses a single stack magazine as far as I can tell and had a D variant with very nice wood. Still looking for more info.
