I want to start a thread for all of you who prefer to carry a revolver over anything else. When I say ever day carry, I mean EVERY DAY CARRY. No giant hunting revolvers with scopes here. If you have to take off your wheel gun right now to take a picture, it belongs in this thread! Revolver and holster pics please. If you don’t use a holster, please specify pocket carry. I’ll start us off:

I carry this almost everyday, a S&W 586 L-Comp, though not always with the ammo pouches. Sometimes I just take a couple of speed strips when I don't want the bulge.

This is my BUG/sometimes off-duty gun. It's a customized S&W 360J that's been rechambered to 9x23 and I usualy load it with 9mm +P+. On duty it's in a pocket, when I carry it off-duty it's usually in an ankle holste due to wardrobe.

Totally reliable for over 1000 rounds of Speer 200gr Dold Gots thus far and still locking properly.

I carry a Black stainless and night-sighted Kahr P9 for daily use ItW, its an expensive gun and a 9mm. When I'm out hiking or in the wilderness, I prefer to carry a rugged more powerful gun I don't have to "worry" about so much about...

S&W Model 13 with Don Hume H715 and JIT holsters, Taurus 85SSUL with Speed Safety crossdraw and Don Hume JIT holsters, Oklahoma Leather dual dump pouch with Bianchi Speed Strips. Depending on clothing, one revolver is worn crossdraw and the other is strong side in the respective JIT. Not shown is a Brauer Brothers black leather IWB clip holster and an inexpensive nylon shoulder holster, both for the Taurus, again for specific clothing requirements.

Remington 110gr (maybe 125?) SJHP

Not the best pic.. but this is one of my two every day choices of loadout.

S&W m66 , Hume paddle , and King Leather speedloader case.
I absolutely love the speedloader case, the design works brilliantly and its pretty to look at. Retention is rock solid until you pull slightly toward yourself, and it comes free with barely a tug. It's my understanding that King Leather was a British company which is no longer in business. I have two of these in slightly different configs (the other has a strongly forward cant), and I feel lucky to have them since they seem to be pretty hard to find these days.

Please share that story Megatron. Sounds to me like an innocent error was made and you had a nightmare on your hands. The good folks here would be interested and may learn something.
