It is indeed a Weaver Tactical. The Blackhawk! models is the exact same as the new Weaver Tactical scopes, but were slightly modified and branded as a Blackhawk! by ATK and is sold exclusively through Cabelas. I respect ATK and what they have done with Weaver Optics. Without ATK, I doubt Weaver would have produced any of their tactical scopes in the first place. However, the Blackhawk! versions appear to be an attempt to lure in the dreaded mall ninja crowd.
The 3.5-10x40mm version is the Weaver Grand Slam Tactical 3-10x40
The 3-15x50 Blackhawk! is similar to the Weaver Tactical 3-15x50, and same with the 4-20x50 models.

If you want a good riflescope for the money, check out the Weaver Tactical 3-15x50 FFP illuminated mil/mil EMDR scope, which retails for $749.99.

The Weaver versions are better, and MUCH less expensive. Apparently, slapping the BLACKHAWK! name on a product makes it more valuable...??
The Weaver Tactical scopes are based on the Super Slam series, and they use glass from Light Optical in Japan, which is one of the best glass companies in Japan. They have excellent optical quality, especially for the price point. I've used the non-illuminated 3-15x moa/mil model, and was very impressed with the scope. Definitely worth the money.
If you want something else, look into the Vortex Viper PST. Both the PST and Weaver Tactical are on par with Leupold Mark4 scopes.
