I am planning a move in the next 6 weeks and have been buying cases for all my long gones for the trip. I am stumpted about a case for the mossberg; I do not want to stick it in a case 2x the legnth of the fireaarm. Consequently, I am inquring the community for suggestions. Firearms pictured is representative of my own.

Thank you in advance.

If you just need it for the trip, why not go cheap and just buy a gun sleeve, the kind that the rear flap folds over and ties, then fold the front half of the case back and secure it with the same tie strings?

+1 on the guitar case. Get one for a 3/4 length guitar.

I have a "tactical" case for my Mossy, I think it came from Tac*Star.
It isn't much longer than the cruiser.

I always (and still do) want a violin case, but they are hard to find used and violins are not measured by length in inches, rather some arcane 4/4, etc. which means nothing to me.
Maybe a viola case.

I would second the gun sleeve, unless you are using the case in the future. If not, go for the sleeve and save you money for gas!

the sleeves can be had at WalMart for about 5-10 dollars.

If you haven't already found something you like, I have one I'm trying to sell that I know for a fact will work.

PM me.

(Apologies to mods if this reply should actually be in "buy/sell/trade")

The JIC cases from mossberg are awsome, IDK if you can buy them solo though.

suburban setting chainsaw case, if pushed you can trim trees with them.

Pool cue bag for 2 cues, should be another stealth option.

Golf bag, tricky to aim, with woodie sock on grip, does dampen recoil. Allow more time for practice if they're fuzzy tassel jobs.

I got this one for my Mossberg 500 with a full stock and 18 inch and 28 inch barrels. It holds a second barrel or similar shaped item. I thought I could put the 28 inch barrel in the second slot and the gun with 18 inch barrel on it in the first. If the gun was an inch shorter, I could zip the case shut. :( I now keep my Henry in the case with the 28 inch barrel. It would fit your gun great though.

This one may be an option too.
