I have a LNL press and have reloaded about 600 rounds so far in 45 acp. I have been saving brass for a couple years so I have a mix of various makes however the RP brass is not working for me. I set my press up and have had a problem with only this brass I cannot get enough tension to keep the bullet from being pushed inside the case. All the other brass has been great no issues at all. Every RP case I have reloaded I was able to push the bullet in with very little pressure from my hands. I checked and rechecked everything even took all the dies apart and reset them same issue. I am using Hornady dies, powder funnel PTX, and powder cop with crimp seperate. All my loads have fed great in my Kimber using MBC bullseye #1 200gr lswc bullets and BE powder. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've got 4k pieces of Remington 45ACP brass and I'm on my second reload of some. Never had your issue and yup, load with the Hornady LnL AP & Hornady dies. I do however use the Hornady Expander and flare just enough that the Bulleseye #1 just sits on top. I also taper crimp as the last step. I taper to .469 with this round. Some say it's too much and some say it is just right. I don't know who is correct, but I've never had any issues with this taper crimp regardless of the brass (R-P, Winchester, Federal (LPP), or PMC).

Remington brass is thinner in some calibers, and .45 acp is one of them. It takes a sizing die that is slightly smaller in diameter to get good neck tension with it.
Sizing dies are made within certain parameters, which are all within specification for the caliber, but still vary in size. If you got one on the high side, then it's not sizing the Remington brass enough. I have five .45 acp sizing dies and none of them are the same exact size.

They sell a "undersized" sizing die that should fix you up. It's .001 smaller than standard.
Make sure you are using a Taper Crimp die. A crimp that is too tight actually loosens the case grip on the bullet.
A taper crimp of .469 is too tight in my experience. Back off to .472 and see if that helps. I have a LNL and use RP 45 ACP brass all the time with standard dies and have not experienced the problem you are having. The only brass I have trouble with is S&B, Amerc and, WCC. But, that is with primer pockets. Those cases go straight to the recycle bin.

I have a L-N-L and use Lee dies. I have a good amount of RP brass in my .45 mix. I've loaded thousands and never had any issues.

You can also try saving the RP brass for your 230 grain loads. 230gr bullets will have a longer shank for the case to hold on to. A .452 lead bullet may work as well.

I have noticed a similar issue with RP brass in .44 mag and .357 mag. It was thinner than the other makes so it didn't size as small. Not as big an issue as you report, but it was noticeably easier to flare and seat. Still adequate, but just barely.

Check the ease of inserting a bullet BEFORE running the case through the PTX die. If it looks like it would have enough tension on the bullet without the expansion of the PTX die but still needs a slight flair/bell to the case mouth, try the PTX from www.Powderfunnels.com as it only bells the case mouth without expanding the case further down. I see no reason to expand the case more than just a bell/flair at the mouth but that's just me.
Thanks for all the replies. I am using .452 lead and the PTX from powderfunnels. I have the PTX set so only a very small belling occurs(probably could use a touch more). I will try and seat a bullet without the PTX and see what happens.
