Posting this as information for any encountering a similar issue.
Configuration: Hornady LNL AP Press, Lee Sizeer, Hornady Powder Measure with Mr. BF PTX, Mr. BulletFeeder, separate Seat and Crimp die
Issue: Interference between bullet feeder and powder measure

I tried to resolve the interference by taking a bit of material from both the cast powder funnel and the upper (plastic) material on the BF, but this proved insufficient. The Mr.BF PTX is a bit shorter than the Hornady PTX which exacerbates the interference, but the Mr.BF is far superior.

(My) Solution: shorten the plastic see-through tube in the BF assembly. Several ways to do this. I chose to cut the tube at the lower end where it enters the brass weight, drill out the portion of tube in the weight and re-glue. I wouldn't recommend this as it's not a press fit and a bit difficult to get adhesive into the brass fitting with proper alignment. A mechanical engineer friend recommend wrapping a turn of Aluminum tape on the end of the clear tube to create more of a press fit, YMMV.

Alternate solutions recommended: Lee Auto-Drum with extensions. If you're willing to change powder measures (I wasn't) this looks very attractive.

Bottom Line: shortening the tube by about 1/2" has the press running perfectly and I do prefer separate seat and crimp dies.
