Are there any good aftermarket magazines offered for the Glock 22? I know I've seen magazines made in Korea or Asia that sell for less than $10 a piece. How do these magazines compare in quality to genuine Glock magazines? Thanks.

I've got 3 of the Korean mags that are 100%. I've got 3 more that need some work.

For the money, you get what you pay for.

Supposedly you can replace the springs and followers with OEM Glock parts and really enhance their reliability.

You know, I really like the non-drop free mags.

Doesn't take long to strip it out and replace with a fresh mag. I've had OEM mags hang-up enough times I automatically check to make sure they're clear before trying to insert a fresh mag so I'm using that time anyway.

Apparently non-drop free is preferred in Europe.

+1 for Glock factory mags. They are cheap enough that it isn't even worth messing with the aftermarket stuff. The generic is hit and miss.

Glock factory mags are the best deal in the industry IMO. Sure you can find someone who has one that doesn't work but they are few and far between and I am not aware of any other full sized factory mags that routinely sell for under $20. For that price I wouldn't substitute.
