I am curious what others thought of this year's Tulsa show. As always, I had a great time and was completely exhausted by the time I got to the end. It was the biggest crowd I have ever seen...wow! I didn't find what I wanted, an Anschutz .22 Hornet, but my buddy found a really nice vintage 3-screw Ruger Single Six and another friend found a really nice Remington 870 Wingmaster for his grandson. Another friend sold several high dollar older Colt .45s. I saw lots of guns and money change hands. Yet another friend sold a Python and a Browning Highpower. He got his asking price for both. It excites me to see folks so eager to have good guns. Heard lots of talk, fear really, of possible future restrictive gun laws. And a few husbands who brought a wife and couple of kids and the wife looks bored and the kids are whining. Here's a clue guys...leave the family at home and everyone will be happy. Mostly it was a grand time. I'll be back in November.
